We developed the market entry strategy for the innovative media system
An investment fund was considering the possibility of supporting a startup with a first round of investments at the new company formation stage in the media and advertisement industry.
The MCG project team developed a strategy and a detailed business plan for a high-tech startup. The strategy included an assessment of potential sources of revenue and a feasibility study taking into account the analysis of the main market segments in terms of geography, customers, services, competitors and business models. On the basis of the chosen strategy, the MCG team also developed an investment memorandum for communication with potential partners and investors, which describes in detail the business model, the risks, financial results, the latest trends in the Russian market and leading international best practice.
Project Results: As a result of the project, the startup team successfully presented the market expansion strategy and received the required amount of financing for the first stage of the project realization that is aimed at expanding into the Russian and the Northwestern regional markets.
