Investment Memorandums
Investment memorandums are written for companies considering significant changes in their corporate structures (e.g. IPOs, new shareholders or total sale of the business). The goal is to demonstrate all the advantages of the business while adequately addressing risks and potential for future development. Investment memorandums require not only thoughtful analysis, but also special design and structure for potential investors.
