The MCG team performed the detailed study of top extreme sports competition launch and organization best practices in USA, Australia, New Zealand and European countries and identified key growth drivers. Next, our consultants have designed the Russian extreme sports competition concept, including the location, sports list, competition formats, visitors and spectators (including online channels) attraction instruments, prize pools and engagement mechanics. After the concept was approved we have built up the commercial and operational business models and recommendations on implementation plan development.
