Our client, Olympic sports Russian federation, was in a need of the medium-term growth strategy, HR management system and detailed budget for the 1st year of strategy implementation.
How MCG helped: MCG team performed Client’s internal material analysis, organizational structure and previous years’ budgets review. On the next stage the interview series were conducted, involving the federation top management in order to identify and formalize strategic initiatives. The consulting team has calculated costs and potential benefits from the initiatives implementation and prioritized them based on this assessment. On the final stage of the projects MCG developed the target-state organizational structure, KPIs for top-management and budget for the 1st year of strategy implementation according to the prioritized initiatives list.

All the strategic materials and recommendations were approved by Client’s top management and used in the operational processes set up on the further stages.
