We have developed the digital strategy to increase awareness and attract audience for the Olympic sports World Cup in Russia
Our client, Olympic sports Russian federation, was in avid for the digital strategy development to increase the audience awareness for the sports, attract extra audience for the upcoming World Cup, enhance market authority and offer extra services to the athletes and partners.
On the first stage the MCG team have analyzed internal resources, current positioning and communication approach of the federation, including:
• Website structure, service offerings, user interface, experience and visuals;
• Social networks management and communication approach;
• Federation positioning and key value propositions to the audience (athletes and partners);
• Audience reach out channels and mechanics;
• Marketing and promotion strategies;
• Available human resources and employees’ key competences.
On the next stage the MCG team have developed the digital strategy, including the alternative key value propositions for each targeted audience segments, prioritized communication channels. Our consultants have developed recommendations on HR optimization and marketing campaigns approach and designed the new World Cup portal.

The digital strategy was approved by Clients’ top-management, the World Cup portal was developed and released for public use with compliance with the roadmap.
