Client situation: Mid-sized micro-financing company experienced significant growth. However, along with the revenues increase, the operational costs on FTE grew disproportionally. As most of the employees were on the road most of the time, the management faced difficulties in assessing their productivity.
How MCG helped: MCG evaluated productivity of each member of the work force (by time-to-client, success rate, etc.). Best and worst percentiles were interviewed and examined. As a result, the MCG team identified key success factors for best performers. Next, training sessions, controlling and motivational programs were implemented to increase productivity per FTE.
