We developed growth and turnaround strategy for a leading EPC corporation in Russia
After a round of significant acquisitions, the holding top-management team needed to formulate a corporate strategy for all business units. The strategy was required to evaluate BU’s growth potential and resources required.
The MCG project team developed strategies for each of the holding’s BUs. Strategy development included growth potential assessment (list of perspective projects and success probability), current competitive advantages review, key segment trends, financial performance benchmarking, and resources requirements.
Next, the team analyzed the synergies between the BUs.
Finally, the team build financial model for the Holding.
Project results: The strategic document became the base for a productive discussion between the management team and the shareholders. As a result, the Holding set up strategic goals along with investments calendar for each BU.
