The client was a mid-sized pharmaceutical producer of generic drugs in Russia searching for the next round of investments.
The team prepared (1) investment memorandum and (2) financial model. Investment memorandum included an overview of the current market (key trends, market volume, major competitors, etc.), a detailed description of the client’s business model, and a detailing of the strategy, its risks and potential. Based on internal and external assumptions, a financial business plan with way-out scenarios for the potential investors was prepared.
