Organizational design could be compared with the human blood system. The design ensures that all the functions are motivated to operate at their highest performance levels while resources are allocated in such a way that they can be deployed at full capacity.
We work with clients on:
Current organizational structure evaluation. Trough interviewing the employees, understanding the strategic goals, and analyzing robustness of your business processes, the MCG team will assess suitability and sustainability of the current organizational design. We will run a set of workshops, involve industry experts, and come to a conclusion on whether your system needs just a redesign or a full reboot. However, even if a total reboot is necessary, our recommendations will contain actions that would lead the Client to gradual but systematic improvements.
Design and redesign of the existing organizational structure. At a time when a new organizational structure is necessary, the MCG team will deploy experts and industry benchmarks to recommend best suitable design for our Clients. While designing your organization, MCG will clearly identify the employees’ roles and responsibilities, propose motivational system structure, determine target head-count, and ensure robustness and sustainability of business processes.
