Supply Chain Improvement
Proper supply chain process allows companies to control and manage goods inflows. Starting with suppliers, continuing with warehousing and production, and ending in distribution, good supply chain management is responsible for smooth production, absence stock shortages and idle time, and ultimately leads to optimal COGS.
We work with clients on:
Overall supply chain optimization. Overall supply chain optimization allows clients to look at value chain and identify key areas for improvement in planning, logistics, warehousing, production, distribution, controlling and synchronizing between the areas. As a result, the Client will get overall scoring for each area, risks of the current supply chain design, prioritization for areas for improvement, and recommendations on actions to drive the supply chain to target level.
Focus on separate supply chain parts. Supply chain management is a complex business process with immediate effect on COGS. The MCG team is ready to concentrate on separate areas of the supply chain (areas with maximum potential for improvement) and lead the Client’s efforts to get practical results (i.e. deliver measurable decrease in COGS per unit of sales). MCG will either evaluate the supply chain parts for focus at the beginning of the project or take the areas required by the Client.
