Running lean management program with immediate results. MCG will use detailed diagnostics of your business processes and meet with your clients and employees. Special frameworks and techniques will motivate people to come up with suggestions on how to improve current processes. As a result, a long list of initiatives will be developed. Next, together with the top management, the team will work on a prioritization of the initiatives by effectiveness and effort to implement. Finally, the action plan and sequence of initiatives to be implemented will be agreed upon.

Training and setting up total-optimization team. The MCG team will assess employees and select a group to form the team to lead the lean initiative within your organization. This team will get the tool kit as well as the rights/ responsibilities to drive the lean processes. MCG’s goal will be (1) form and train the team, (2) ensure that the team has full range of opportunities and rights to drive the processes, (3) closely support the team during the first waves of lean management implementation.
