Revenues growth and cost cutting initiatives are the only levers to improve any company performance. Cost cutting processes are extremely multidimensional, and without strong leadership and focus on sustainable results, it could be an endless and tiresome journey, which would bring only a temporary effect.
We work with clients on:
Setting up aspirational but achievable cost cutting goals. MCG will run diagnostics and identify the key levers to influence the costs. These levers would need to be built on the current Client’s strengths, as well as the major gaps vs. competitors’ operational performance. After the levers are identified, the MCG team, together with the Client’s management, will set up goals for each lever and for the whole organization. Finally, MCG will do estimation on time and cost of the changes required.
Planning and implementing concrete initiatives with long lasting effects. Setting up goals is important, but that alone is not enough. One needs to plan exact actions, budget resources, distribute responsibilities, and design controlling processes. Working on this workstream MCG will train the Client’s Project Office team to look for initiatives, to assess their potential and resources requirements, and plan and control implementation. All of the above will allow our Clients to gain maximum effect for reasonable consulting cost.
