Operation models for selected distribution channels. MCG team will dive deep into selected distribution channels. Based on diagnostics, consumer market research, and benchmarking to other players, a detailed description of desired distribution channel services will be developed by (1) brands selection, (2) pricing, (3) communication tactics through the channel, (4) channels density and typical channel POS description.
Evaluation and improvement recommendations for current distribution strategy. MCG team will run diagnostics on the Client’s distribution channel as a whole, assessing revenues and profits inflows, level of substitution, and image and communication importance of each channel within the analysis. Next, the team will compare the analysis results with those for the major competitors, run expert interviews, and conduct market research. As a result, prioritization of distribution channels relevant for the Client will be performed and recommendations on POS performance within each channel will be provided. Finally, an action plan to move from the current to desired stage will be prepared.
