Qualification
• University degree from a leading university with outstanding academic records
• GMAT (or similar) score of 700+
• Extremely structured and logical thinker
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Russian
Experience
• Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
• Participation in McKinsey Business Diving Case Championships is a plus
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial and fast growing environment
• Strong focus on impact and pragmatic results
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments
