Our client, public transport department in one of the Russian cities aimed to improve the transport navigation system. In order to execute the project on the highest quality level Client attracted multiple contractors of various specialization, including urban and architectural bureaus, design institutes and marketing agencies, which lead to control and results synchronization issues.
MCG team have established the navigation system Project Management Office (PMO) and developed communication, synchronization and contractors’ deliverables integration business-processes. On the next step the consultant team designed templates and standards of reports preparation to the Client’s top-management. We have supported the project teams along the whole process of system development for 9 months based on approved standards and formats.
