We have developed strategic management system for one of the largest companies in Russian aerospace industry
Our client, the state organization in Russian space industry was interested in strategic management system optimization. New controlling system expected to increase transparency and controllability over investment policy, asset management and internal projects.
At the first stage of the project the consulting team along with the client’s working group (WG) worked on design of the required control system:
• Ran interviews with international and Russian experts in management systems development (former and current state and corporate managers);
• Studied the global best practices of technological industries state management;
• Formed key requirements and system concept based on the Client management team expectations.
Next, we tested the designed control system and collected the users feedback (tests included real-time pilots). Finally, the consultants lead the Client to develop business processes and templates for the recommended changes in strategic management system and developed the implementation roadmap.
MCG team (1) updated and optimized the strategic management system. (2) introduced the updated system within the organization.
